EXP–000 / HYPOTHESIS
Everything can be done better.
We build software for other people, and for ourselves. Every project starts the same way: not with an opinion, but with a test. Because the things you use every day deserve better than a guess.
EXP–001 / THE DNA
Why we called it Labs
A lab is a place where being wrong is allowed, because it is how you get to right. We took the name on purpose. Every product starts with one question: could this be better? We do not answer it with an opinion. We build the smallest real version, put it in front of people, and listen to what actually happens. Then we do it again. It is a simple loop. It is also a belief: the things people use every day can always be a little better than they were.
Assume nothing
Every project arrives with things everyone already believes. We write them down and check them. Usually one or two turn out to be wrong, and that changes everything.
Build to learn
A rough version in your hands beats a perfect plan on paper. So we build small, and early. The point is not to be right the first time. It is to find out quickly.
Let evidence win
We change our minds in public. When what we learn disagrees with what we planned, we follow what we learned. Even when the plan was ours.
EXP–002 / THE METHOD
Four steps. On repeat.
The same loop, whether we are building your product, our own, or teaching your team to run it without us.
The loop
004 stages
Hypothesis
We turn a big ambition into one clear question. If we are right, a specific number moves. If we are wrong, you will know in days, not at the end of the quarter.
Experiment
We build the smallest real version that can answer the question. Real code, real people, real results. Small enough that you can still change your mind about it.
Measure
We agree on what counts as proof before we start, then measure it from day one. So nobody has to argue about the numbers once they arrive.
Keep or let go
What works, we build properly, for real load and real years. What does not, we write up and set aside. Both are worth what they cost, because both taught us something.
EXP–003 / SELECTED EXPERIMENTS
What we have put into the world
Four ventures of our own, and the client work that funds them. Every one began as a question somebody needed answered.
Plinth
Society Operating System · Venture Lab
Indian housing societies run on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and paper registers. Plinth replaces the lot: tamper-proof voting with verifiable receipts, billing on UPI autopay, digital gate passes, compliance and helpdesk. One platform, web and native apps.
Gstly
GST billing software · Venture Lab
GST-compliant invoicing that small businesses and freelancers can actually afford to start using: automatic CGST/SGST breakdowns, UPI payment details, PDF export. Free to begin. One codebase shipping to web, Android, iOS and desktop.
Jawab Do
Civic accountability app · Venture Lab
India's civic accountability app. Photograph the broken thing, GPS pins the ward, neighbours upvote it. And when officials stay silent, the complaint escalates itself up the chain to state government and press. Every ward graded monthly, every official scored in public. Built in Flutter and installable straight from the browser, no app store in the way.
Lead Goblin
Outbound engine · Venture Lab
An outbound engine for Indian B2B. Pulls listings from Google Maps, JustDial, Sulekha and IndiaMART, enriches and SMTP-verifies the emails, scores every lead, then runs the WhatsApp and email outreach from the same place.
Axis Studio
Brand & web · Client
A web presence for one of Hyderabad's established photography studios, twenty years of weddings out of Gachibowli. Built so the work carries the pitch, and an enquiry takes one screen instead of a phone call.
Axis Prints
Brand & web · Client
A working web presence for a commercial print business: the catalogue, the capabilities and the quote request in one place, in a form a walk-in customer and a procurement manager can both use.
Punarvi Organics
Brand & web · Client
A brand presence for a small-batch Ayurvedic skincare range sourced from the Godavari belt. Built to carry the handmade, no-synthetics story that the marketplace listing flattens out.
EXP–004 / THREE PRACTICES
One method, three ways in
Product Engineering
Products made to survive real people. We take the whole arc: research, design, architecture, launch, and the quiet year afterwards when it simply has to keep working.
- Web & mobile applications
- Platform & API architecture
- Interface & design systems
- Performance engineering
Venture Lab
Our own bets. We find a problem we cannot stop thinking about, give it a deadline, and see whether it holds up. Some become companies. Some become notes we publish.
- In-house product ventures
- Zero-to-one prototyping
- Technical co-founding
- Spin-outs & licensing
Experimentation Consulting
We bring the method to your team, then step back. By the end your people are running it themselves, asking sharper questions, reading the results, and letting go of their own ideas when the evidence says so.
- Experiment programme design
- Measurement & instrumentation
- Discovery & validation sprints
- Team enablement
EXP–005 / THE LEDGER
The count, honestly kept
We count what did not work, too. That is usually the column that taught us something.

EXP–007 / FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions, answered plainly
Ditador Labs LLP is a product company based in India. We do three things: build digital products for clients, launch and run our own, and help other teams work the way we do, testing ideas instead of arguing about them. Every project starts with a question rather than an opinion, because we think the things people use every day can always be a little better than they were.
We run four products of our own: Plinth (plinth.life), an operating system for Indian housing societies covering voting, billing, gate passes and compliance; Gstly (gstly.in), free GST-compliant invoicing for small businesses; Jawab Do (jawabdo.app), a civic accountability app that escalates unresolved municipal complaints until officials respond; and Lead Goblin (leadgoblin.io), an outbound engine for Indian B2B lead generation. On the client side we have built the web presences for Axis Studio, a Hyderabad photography studio; Axis Prints, a commercial print business; and Punarvi Organics.
Plinth is a multi-tenant governance platform for housing societies, RWAs and apartment associations. It replaces the usual mix of WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and paper registers with tamper-proof digital voting, automated billing over UPI autopay, QR gate passes, notices, helpdesk and compliance records in one place. It runs on the web and as native Android and iOS apps.
Gstly is online GST billing software for Indian small businesses, freelancers and traders. It generates GST-compliant invoices with automatic CGST and SGST breakdowns, supports inclusive and exclusive tax, adds UPI and bank payment details, and exports print-ready PDFs. It is free to start using.
We start by turning your ambition into one clear question, with a specific number attached. Then we build the smallest real version that can answer it, measure it from day one, and decide together on what we find. First experiments usually run four to six weeks, so you learn in weeks rather than quarters.
Because a lab is a place where being wrong is allowed. It is how you get to right. The name is a promise about how we work: we treat every decision as something to test rather than something to defend, and we publish what did not work alongside what did.
Ditador Labs LLP operates from India and works with clients remotely. The fastest way to reach us is email at [email protected]. Bring the question your team keeps going round in circles on, and we will help you design the test that answers it.
