Part 01
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Groove 24x7 ("the game") handles and why. The game is made and published by Ditador Labs LLP ("we", "us"). It covers the game on Android and iOS.
01What stays on your device
Your progress, settings, reminder choices and purchase receipt IDs are saved only on your device. We do not run servers and never receive them. The receipt IDs make sure each purchase is credited once and can be restored.
Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes all of this, and we cannot recover it for you. Remove Ads, the VIP Pass and the Starter Pack can be restored from Settings → Privacy & purchases → Restore purchases.
02Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob: banners on some screens, an occasional full-screen ad between nights, and rewarded ads you choose to watch for a bonus.
To show, measure and prevent fraud on ads, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID or Apple IDFA);
- your IP address and the approximate location worked out from it;
- device and app information, such as model, operating system and language;
- how you interact with ads.
Where the law requires it, including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent first using Google's consent form. On iPhone you can also allow or refuse tracking when asked. If you refuse, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & purchases → Privacy options, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Buying Remove Ads or the VIP Pass turns ads off.
Read the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
03Game statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To learn how the game is played and make it better, the game sends usage statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase:
- when you open the game and how long you play;
- game events such as nights played, chapters and towns reached, venues built, in-game cash earned and spent, loans, rewards claimed, rewarded ads watched, shares, and your answer to the reminders question;
- your current chapter and whether ads are on.
These are tied to a random app-instance ID, not to your name or any account. Firebase may also collect device model, operating system version, country (from your IP address) and your advertising ID. Your ad consent choice also decides whether this data may be used to personalise ads. Google keeps event data for a limited retention period and then deletes it.
04Reminders and notifications
- Reminders. If you say yes when the game asks, it schedules reminders on your phone, for example for a theme night, a streak, a finished building or staff back from training. They are set up on your device, nothing about them is sent to us, and none arrive between 10 pm and 9 am.
- News. If you allow notifications, we may send occasional news about the game, such as a Weekend Fever event, through Firebase Cloud Messaging. It uses a device token to deliver the message.
- In-game messages. While you play, the game may show short messages through Firebase In-App Messaging.
You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.
05Sharing and reviews
When you tap Share, the game makes a picture of your club with its name, best crowd and a store link, and opens your phone's share menu. You choose where it goes. We do not receive it, and the app you share to handles it under its own policy.
The game may sometimes ask you to rate it using the store's own review prompt, at most once a month. Your rating goes to Google Play or the App Store under their terms.
06Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details. The stores give us the transaction records they give every developer, such as order number, product, price, country and date, which we use for accounting, refunds and tax.
07What we do not do
- We do not ask for an account, your name, email or phone number.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal information.
08Children
Groove 24x7 is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the game and want data about them removed, contact us.
09Legal basis (EEA and UK)
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on your consent for personalised ads; on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, safe and improving for game statistics, notifications you have allowed and non-personalised ads; and on our contract with you for purchases.
10Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
We do not keep any data that tells us who you are, so we usually cannot find "your" records. The quickest controls are on your phone: uninstall Groove 24x7 to delete everything it saved, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. For data Google holds, use Google's own tools linked above. If you need help with any request, email us and we will do what we can.
11Where data is processed
Google may process the data described above on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its own safeguards for international transfers.
12Security
Data sent by the Google services in the game is encrypted in transit. Saved progress stays in the game's private storage on your device.
13Changes to this policy
If we change what the game collects, we will update this page and the date at the top before the new version reaches you. If a change needs your consent, the game will ask for it.
14Contact and grievances

Part 02
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Ditador Labs LLP about Groove 24x7. By downloading or playing the game you accept them, along with the terms of the store you got it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
01Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
- use cheats, hacks or modified versions to get purchases, cash or items without paying;
- use the game to break any law.
02In-game cash and items
In-game cash, the VIP Pass, the Starter Pack and everything else you earn or buy in the game are a licence to use features inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else.
03Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store at the price shown there, and refunds follow that store's refund policy. Except where the law says otherwise, purchases are final.
Remove Ads, the VIP Pass and the Starter Pack are tied to your store account and can be restored on a new device. In-game cash, including cash from cash packs, is spent when credited and is not paid again. Progress is saved on your device only, so it does not move to a new phone.
04Your progress
Because progress is saved only on your device, it is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, reset or lose your phone. We cannot restore it. We may rebalance the game, prices and rewards in updates.
05Ads
The free version shows ads supplied by Google. We do not choose individual ads and are not responsible for the products or services they advertise.
06Flashing lights and breaks
The game uses club lighting with flashing effects. A small number of people may have seizures when exposed to flashing lights, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or your family have such a history, talk to a doctor before playing. Turn on Reduce flashing in Settings if flashing bothers you, and stop playing straight away if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, twitching or disorientation. Take regular breaks.
07A work of fiction
The characters, clubs, cities and businesses in the game are fictional. References to drinks are part of the club setting and do not encourage drinking.
08Our content
Groove 24x7, including its code, artwork, characters, music, sound and text, belongs to Ditador Labs LLP or the people who licensed it to us. Fonts and other third-party components are used under their own licences. These terms do not give you any rights to our names, logos or trademarks.
09Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game, or any part of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not promise that the game will run on every device or every operating system version.
10No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that saved progress will never be lost.
11Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ditador Labs LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
12Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, your licence to use the game ends and you must uninstall it.
13If you downloaded from the App Store
These terms are between you and Ditador Labs LLP, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its content, maintenance or support, or for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
