Privacy policy and terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026 · Ditador Labs LLP

Part 01

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rift Riders ("the game") handles and why. The game is made and published by Ditador Labs LLP ("we", "us"). It covers the game on Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad.

  1. 01What stays on your device

    Your progress, credits, bikes and upgrades, control layout and settings are saved only on your device. We do not run servers, there are no accounts and no cloud saves, and we never receive this data.

    Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it, and we cannot recover it for you. Vibration feedback uses your phone's haptics and sends nothing anywhere.

  2. 02Advertising (Google AdMob)

    Rift Riders may show a full-screen ad from Google AdMob after every few races. This is the only part of the game that connects to the internet. To show, measure and prevent fraud on ads, Google may collect:

    • your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID or Apple IDFA);
    • your IP address and the approximate location worked out from it;
    • device and app information, such as model, operating system and language;
    • how you interact with ads.

    Where the law requires it, including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears when you first open the game. If you refuse, you may still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. If you play offline, no ads are requested and nothing is sent.

    The billboards and brands you see by the roadside are fictional, drawn inside the game, and collect nothing.

    Read the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

  3. 03What we do not do

    • We do not ask for an account, your name, email or phone number.
    • We do not run analytics or crash reporting in the game.
    • We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
    • We do not sell your personal information.
  4. 04Children

    Rift Riders contains combat between riders and police chases, and is meant for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the game and want data about them removed, contact us.

  5. 06Your choices and rights

    Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.

    We do not keep any data that tells us who you are, so we usually cannot find "your" records. The quickest controls are on your phone: uninstall Rift Riders to delete everything it saved, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. For data Google holds, use Google's own tools linked above. If you need help with any request, email us and we will do what we can.

  6. 07Where data is processed

    Google may process the data described above on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its own safeguards for international transfers.

  7. 08Security

    Data sent by the Google services in the game is encrypted in transit. Saved progress stays in the game's private storage on your device.

  8. 09Changes to this policy

    If we change what the game collects, we will update this page and the date at the top before the new version reaches you. If a change needs your consent, the game will ask for it.

  9. 10Contact and grievances

    Rift Riders is published by Ditador Labs LLP, India. For questions, requests or complaints about privacy, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Part 02

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ditador Labs LLP about Rift Riders. By downloading or playing the game you accept them, along with the terms of the store you got it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

  1. 01Your licence

    We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

    • copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game;
    • reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
    • use the game to break any law.
  2. 02Credits, bikes and upgrades

    Credits are earned by racing. Bikes and upgrades are unlocked with credits. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought or sold for money, and cannot be transferred. The game has no real-money purchases.

  3. 03Your progress

    Because progress is saved only on your device, it is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, reset or lose your phone. We cannot restore it. We may rebalance routes, rewards and prices in updates.

  4. 04Ads

    The game may show ads supplied by Google between races. We do not choose individual ads and are not responsible for the products or services they advertise.

  5. 05A game, not a guide to riding

    Rift Riders is fiction. Fighting other riders, outrunning the police and hitting people or objects are things that happen only in the game. Never copy them on a real road. Ride lawfully, wear a helmet and protective gear, and never play while riding or driving. The characters, places, brands and police in the game are fictional.

  6. 06Flashing lights, vibration and breaks

    The game includes a screen flash when your bike takes damage, sparks, fast-moving scenery and vibration. A small number of people may have seizures when exposed to flashing lights, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or your family have such a history, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing straight away if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, twitching or disorientation. Take regular breaks.

  7. 07Our content

    Rift Riders, including its code, artwork, characters, music, sound and text, belongs to Ditador Labs LLP or the people who licensed it to us. Fonts and other third-party components are used under their own licences. These terms do not give you any rights to our names, logos or trademarks.

  8. 08Updates and availability

    We may update, change or stop offering the game, or any part of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not promise that the game will run on every device or every operating system version.

  9. 09No warranty

    To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that saved progress will never be lost.

  10. 10Limit of liability

    To the extent the law allows, Ditador Labs LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

  11. 11Ending these terms

    You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, your licence to use the game ends and you must uninstall it.

  12. 12If you downloaded from the App Store

    These terms are between you and Ditador Labs LLP, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its content, maintenance or support, or for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

  13. 13Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country.

  14. 14Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

  15. 15Contact

    Questions about these terms: [email protected].
